Cancellation policy

Your appointment time has been especially reserved for you. We try to remind all clients about their appointment time, but ultimatley it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.When an appointment is missed it affects three people: you, our professional(s)( who does not get paid), and the other client who may have been interested in that time. Unfortunatley if you have extended health coverage they will not pay for your missed appointment. This payment is your responsibility!Our clinic policy is that you give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to avoid being charged the 50% of the amount for your missed appointment. A no show appointment will be charged the full amount of the appointment.


We do realize that emergencies happen and we will gladly work with you to help you out!
